Our COVID-19 Response

We hope you and your family are staying well during the COVID-19 crisis. As COVID-19 continues to impact our communities and the world, Pure & Secure shares your concerns. The health and safety of our customers, our employees, and the communities we serve continue to be our top priorities.

These are troubling times for all of us, and we wanted to provide some level of assurance that we will continue providing you with the service you’ve come to expect from us.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has issued its Guidance on the Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce and has provided further detailed guidance on identifying essential critical infrastructure workers. DHS has included as “essential” all the roles workers in the water treatment industry play in delivering clean, safe water.

So, we remain on the job and fully able to assist you in any we can during this crisis.

We would also like to take this opportunity to assure you:

  • We have taken measures to increase our daily cleaning and sanitation measures of high-touch areas.
  • Currently our lobby is closed to visitors, but we are happy to bring items out to you. Please call 402-467-9300 for assistance.
  • Our water distillers are Made In The USA. This means you can get your distiller faster; you don’t have to wait for supply lines to pick back up from overseas.
